The Mk 3 GR comes right out of the military product line. Extra durable fabric with durable and long lasting fabric (CSM, formerly hypalon)as well as reinforcements on the top and bottom of tubes. This is the most famous inflatable boat in the world. This is the boat used by Jacques Cousteau as well as the basis of most of the military assault boats in the world. Single inflatable keel. Trailer is galvanized and 8’6” wide which might limit storage options. New model has a 20 inch transom height for more motor choices. Rated for up to 65 hp although it doesn’t need one that large to plane a substantial load. Most popular combination is with a 40 hp motor. Lightbar option includes LED components for very low amperage draw. Big advantage for night work with an idling engine.
