Cadet 310 ALU

This is our most popular foldable model.  It will plane with 2 people and an 8 hp or larger TWO CYLINDER motor. Compact and easy to stow in a cockpit locker, the CADET holds its own against bigger models. Its progressive-diameter buoyancy-tube provides improved stability. CADETS have an outstanding lifespan and guarantee a high level of safety for their owners (due to the welded main seam on the buoyancy tube and to the glued overlap).

This model has an aluminum floor with a wooden bow board.  This is a very stable floor to move about in.  It also has an inflatable keel to allow better directional control. It has good seat height which allows for comfortable seating.  It come with one seat but the 310 has a second seat position.  Now the driver has his own seat, which is required if the boat is on plane.  Illegal to be sitting on the buoyancy tube while the boat is on plane.

To inflate simply unroll the boat. Pump up the 3 individual chambers to about 1/2 the full size of the tubes.  Insert the floorboards and lock the rear 3 aluminum board with the aluminum stringers.  Finish pumping up the boat. The aluminum floor adds some weight and assembly time but the comfort and performance is improved.  Included equipment include rowing seat, foot pump, maintenance kit and carry bag. Zodiac® patented features include the Jubilee oarlock system and the self-bailing valve operated from inside the boat.
